How the program works

One simple customer path.

1 - Onboard

The vessel receives a managed QR destination and approved boat-specific storefront.

2 - Order

A guest scans the plaque, selects approved apparel, and checks out through the central store.

3 - Fulfill & Allocate

The order is fulfilled dock-to-home; eligible captain allocation is recorded during payment processing after sandbox approval.

Built to remain manageable

Captains see earnings - not customer data or store controls.

The planned payout-only experience limits captains to Stripe onboarding, connection status, and earnings visibility. Products, pricing, inventory, customers, fulfillment, and content remain under the brand team.

No captain-benefit product can be purchased until an eligible payout recipient is connected and verified.
